Hatch and Sons wanted to be a kitchen from the start. Heart of the house, source of sustenance, warmth and hospitality. All day dining of an informal and easy nature. No fuss, just good, honest, Irish food.
Smiling staff, an oasis of calm in bustling Dublin. Scones, porridge, a blaa or two, fishcakes, Guinness stew and Barry’s tea along with superb coffee. Old World wines, Irish craft beers and cider. Indeed its all Irish. So no croissants, but other baked yummy stuff.
