Rocco embraces the authenticity of Italy through fresh, seasonal ingredients in the newly renovated kitchen. The menu focuses on authentic yet simple Italian-American taste. “I am very happy to be appointed as Head Chef of NoLIta, originally from Naples, Italy, I have been cooking all my life, so I am looking forward to producing Italian dishes with an American twist in a great venue where staff have been so welcoming.” Rocco explains.

Some dishes which the menu features that are bound to be popular are Chicken Parmigiana, Spaghetti and Meatballs and a range Italian inspired wood fired pizza.

The tomato sauce comes from Sardegna, the flour from Napoli, as does Raffaele their Maestro Pizzaiolo, who has been with the NoLIta team from the beginning.
