Established in 2019, Little Pyg’s pizzas are much loved and critically acclaimed, with their chefs training with the world-famous Maestro Enzo Coccia, who was the first pizzaiolo to be listed in the Michelin guide.


BAMBINO is A take on a traditional NY-style slice shop with modern values. Everything is made daily on-site, and they are particularly proud of our dough and sauce – however, rather than rest on their laurels, they are constantly making minor adjustments and improvements.

Pi Pizza

At 500º their pizzas develop beautiful and distinctive charred blisters on their crust – known as leoparding – that capture that amazing wood-fired taste. The 1-minute cooking time ensures the cheese is melted and bubbling, the toppings retain freshness and texture, and the crust has the perfect combination of chewy on top, crisp on the bottom and a light, tender centre full of air.
