Its facilities include Huge Free Weights, Racks & Olympic Lifting, Strength & Conditioning Area, KO8 Studio, Air Runner, Ski-ergs, Assault Bikes, Rowers, Real Ryder Spin, as well as 2x Astro Area, Cardio Area, Strength Machines, Class Studio, and TRX Zone. The gym also has a Ladies & Gents changing rooms, showers and lockers. There are also over 80 FREE classes per week! Gym Plus, Clarendon Street
Located in the Creative Quarter, Gym Plus is one of the city centre gyms with a pool. Want to get lean on your lunch break? They have a great selection of classes, cardio and strength training equipment, plus their fitness team can help you plan the most effective workout for the time you have available.
