WILDE Toasts Summer with their Everything’s Rosé Tasting
Written by For the month of June, the wonderful WILDE restaurant at The Westbury will be host to a celebration of premium summer wines following their launch of an exquisitely curated and indulgent Rosé Wine menu.
Guests can enjoy a delightful rosé wine tasting experience for only €15 in the covered gardened terrace, that’s a perfect treat for friends and loved ones this summer. For those who are yet to find their perfect rosé, the Everything’s Rosé experience includes three unique tastings.
The first is Whispering Angel, a revered, celebrity favourite that’s light and fresh with a white peach expression. The second is M de Château Minuty, citrus-entangled rosé with a rounded feel, while Le Bijou is the third choice, an elegantly balancing aroma of wild strawberries, citrus and flowers for a silky-smooth finish. All three rosé wines hail from France, with a special focus on Provence, the home of rosé.
When in attendance, guests will be guided through the background and details of each pour, which you can then enjoy additionally as single glass serves (from €9) or, for those who have already discovered their summer rosé, as chilled bottles for the table. Soak up the sun soaked on the beautiful 1930s-inspired terrace, and why not avail of WILDE’s delactable food menu too.
In addition to these smooth rosé wines, WILDE also has a selection of sparkling wine and champagne, Domaine Zinck Cremant D’Alsace (€15 per glass/€74 per bottle) and Perrier Jouët Blason Rosé (€22 per glass/€120 per bottle), as well as two unique cocktails incorporating rosé, Cherry Blossom G&T (€13) and the Rosé Spritz (€9).
