Basht

Making waves as they sell out venues across Ireland and the UK – indie-rock five-piece Basht. Made up of Dublin locals Jack Leavey, Louis Christie, Sam Duffy, Rossa Healy and Luke O’Neill, The band have featured on Spotify’s Hot New Bands and Tracy Clifford’s Track of the Week on 2FM, and are garnering rave reviews for their invigorating live shows.

2023 saw the group’s trajectory rise, with tour supports for Wunderhorse in both the UK and Ireland, as well as slots alongside Bdrmm and Goo Goo Dolls. The band also made appearances at festivals including All Together Now, Mutations, Electric Picnic and Otherside, as well as selling out their first London headline show at The Sebright Arms for a Communion Music showcase. In April 2024 they embarked on their first headline tour of the UK & Ireland in support of Dirty White Lies in March, visiting Galway, Glasgow, Manchester and London as well as a release day show in Dublin.

BIG LOVE

Their expansive sound is influenced by the likes of Radiohead, Go Go Penguin, Deftones, Cocteau Twins and The Strokes. Displaying an eclectic range of songs that plunge to dark, cavernous depths with guitar driven soundscapes and rise to euphoric, lung-busting heights, led by their earworm vocal melodies, their live shows are a must-see.

BIG LOVE released their debut single ‘Lily’ in early 2021 to much critical acclaim, following this up with two more releases and featuring multiple times in the RTÉ Recommends playlist. After a series of live shows across Ireland in 2023, including performances at Electric Picnic, Other Voices and another sold-out headline show at Workman’s Club, the group is posed to take 2024 by storm.

Having spent time recording in 2023 with producer Matt Glasbey (Alt-J, Sorry, Bloc Party) across Black Mountain Studios and London, they are gearing up to release a raft of new music. So far in 2024, the band has been listed as one of Whelan’s Ones to Watch and HotPress’ Hot for 2024.

Baz

Baz is the Alias of storytelling singer songwriter Barry Quinlan. Presenting songs from his upcoming project with James Quinlan (Bass) and Mark Brennan (drums). Currently recording his debut album the songs are tales of love and the absence of it, experiences of growing up and the lives of those around him.

Glimmerman

Hailing from Dublin and currently based in London, Glimmerman is an Irish DJ and producer known for his captivating musical style. With a deep appreciation for diverse genres, he curates dynamic DJ sets that showcase fast-paced, multi-genre mixes. Glimmerman’s releases on labels such as Egregore, Woozy, FSL, and N-Face highlight his talent for crafting complex and bass-heavy tracks.

With a passion for powerful kicks, deep rhythms and hypnotic groove, she gives dancers an experience that can’t be replicated elsewhere. She has demonstrated her skills and consistency time and time again, recently performing at renowned events such as Fuinneamh and Electric Picnic’s Rave in the Woods, further solidifying her reputation as a skilled DJ.

Hybrid

Hybrid Events is a Dublin-based collective specialising in the fusion of electronic music. Over the past few years, they have hosted and collaborated with other collectives to host numerous high-profile shows, featuring DJ’s from across Europe at various clubs throughout Dublin. Their most recent event was a complete venue takeover at Wigwam, showcasing a wide range of genres. With several shows in the pipeline for the remainder of 2024, they hope to continue contributing to Dublin’s growing nightlife scene.
