NoLita Launch Their Fully Vegan Menu This Veganuary

A Culinary Celebration of Veganuary – Unveiling the New Vegan Menu and Cocktails at NoLIta!

NoLIta for the launch their fully Vegan menu, enjoy an Italian vegan lunch main and a Lyre’s non-alcoholic cocktail on arrival at this event with host, influencer Dev Skehan.

This January, NoLIta has launched a fully vegan, authentic Italian menu with Veganuary – the annual challenge in January that promotes and educates about veganism by encouraging people to follow a vegan lifestyle for the month of January!

As well as their Al la Carte menu, NoLIta wants to cater to everybody so they have created mouthwatering plant-based dishes with this vegan menu curated by the excellent kitchen team. This January 2024, NoLIta are challenging you to come in and try the Vegan Menu to show you can have the same, authentic Italian taste and quality with none of the animal products.

In collaboration with Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic spirits this exquisite event dedicated to the plant-based lifestyle. Taking place on Saturday January 13th at 1pm at NoLIta’s authentic Italian restaurant, this event promises to be a haven for vegans, food and cocktail enthusiasts alike.

NoLIta, best known for its hand-crafted cocktails and world-class late night saxophone entertainment, has revamped their entire vegan menu offering. Italian Head Chef Raffaele Brancaccio and his team have created menus that will take you from brunch through to the late night. The New York bar and Italian style eatery on Dublin City’s South Great George’s Street make pasta fresh, in house, every day, by their dedicated pasta Chef Mario, using an egg substitute for their vegan pasta and the best Italian semolina and 00 flour. Some vegan dishes which the menu features that are bound to be popular are Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Porcini Risotto a range of fresh wood fired vegan pizzas.

Lyre’s exquisite range of lovingly crafted alcohol-free, classic spirits sourced from the finest all natural essences, extracts and distillates from the four corners of the globe. Event attendees can enjoy an alcohol – free cocktail and Lyre’s Classico (non-alcoholic sparkling wine)with their vegan meal at NoLIta.

Vegan influencer Dev Skehan is an adventurous, lifestyle content creator and actor based in Dublin. She found her love for producing authentic, fun-loving and creative content during lockdown in 2020. She adores travelling and fashion.
