Blazing Salads call themselves ‘Dublin’s Wholefood Deli’ and believe in providing food which is not only tasty but nutritional too, making it one of the healthy places to eat. The family-run spot make all their food onsite, and ensure they have a huge selection of which that is sugar, dairy, gluten, yeast and wheat free as well as vegan.

At Tang, the food is a combination of local produce and various flavours from further afield. Being heavily middle eastern influenced, the flavours could range from fresh Wexford strawberries served with homemade labnah and date syrup to North Wicklow Carrots, roasted in z’ataar and served with tahini and dukkah. One thing is guaranteed though; the food is delicious, healthy and served with a smile!
