We invite Cormac to the space for three shows over the course of three months to host our tenth residency with Tengu! For the first edition he invites Dublin queer party Tender to the space with him with residents Bull Horris and Mercorn.

Cormac, the Irish born DJ and curator, is one of dance music’s best kept secrets. His contemporary take on HI-NRG, Italo, house, techno, and nu-wave captures the pulse of modern queer club culture. A longtime fixture at the worlds best clubs, he commands dancefloors with a joyful energy that have earned him a reputation as one of the most reliable of his generation. His taste displays deep historical awareness, bridging eras of queer club music while pushing its future forward. From Sónar to Bassiani to Glastonbury, Cormac has become a trusted presence on the global festival and club circuit.

In 2021 he launched Polari Records, a label dedicated to elevating LGBTQ+ artistry and championing queer creativity. Polari has quickly become a trusted platform for both emerging innovators and established pioneers, reflecting Cormac’s broader work as a curator, community advocate, and custodian of queer club heritage. As a producer, he has released on revered labels including Ostgut Ton, Running Back, and his own Polari Records, along with mixes for BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix, Beats in Space, Resident Advisor, and DJ Mag.

January 2024 marked the launch of Queerly Beloved, Cormac’s podcast exploring how music shapes the lives of LGBTQIA+ artists and allies guests. Beyond, he continues to expand his voice as a queer health advocate and cultural archivist which solidifying his position as one of today’s most compelling and influential figures in electronic music.

Dublin collective Tender is one who pushes boundaries while centering care, connection and full release on the dancefloor. They hold D.I.Y focused parties in various spaces across the city and are known for their long dancefloor affairs.

Led by resident DJs Bull Horris and Mercorn alongside head dance Andrew Shannon, expect a masterclass in heavy basslines, 90s Euro-House, and camp, sexy vocals.
