More than just an Italian restaurant and wine bar, Dunne and Crescenzi offer Italy on your doorstep. The decor is wonderfully wooden with tables and chairs spread across three main dining rooms, making your dining experience cosy and intimate. Shelves line the walls stocked full of regional wines, pastas and sauces.
With the Dunne and Crescenzi collection spanning 5 restaurants and 2 coffee shops in 5 areas of Dublin and 2 counties, the inexorable spread of one of the most-loved and well-regarded restaurants in the country has been phenomenal. In October of 2011, Eileen celebrated the launch of her book: ‘Dunne and Crescenzi: The Menu’. comprising her favourite recipes from the flagship location in South Frederick Street and beautifully accompanied by photographs by Federica Crescenzi, the youngest of her 4 children. The other children are all involved in the company in some shape or form.
Authentic Italian cuisine is served all day long – and if their squid ink linguine is on the specials menu, you’ve got to try it!
