They write about the stuff that matters to them. National pride, romance, emigration, local community and dreams that stretch way past the Liffey. They’ve put in the hours in the Workman’s. Debuted their first single “With The Sound” to stunning response with radio play from RTE 2FM and Cork Red FM, and have just sold out their first ever headline show in Whelan’s Upstairs on July 25th, all in the space of only 3 months. Sponsoring local team Lourdes Pearce FC (check out them kits😍). Love football. Love Ireland. Love a pint of Holy Water. (Guinness)
It’s indie rock with bite. Sometimes with tones of early 2000s, always soaked in feeling.

Eileen Power is a Dublin-based songwriter and performer. Having first built her live presence in Prague, she crafts music marked by driving melodies, a powerful voice, and raw, unflinching lyrics that explore intense themes. Rooted in an alternative sound with grunge and post-punk energy, her songs balance urgency with vulnerability, creating a live experience that is both captivating and uncompromising.

RUSALKA’s style blends pop and alternative rock, Taking inspiration from the likes of Meg Myers, Fiona Apple, Evanescence, Cat Power, Tori Amos, with a hint of James Bond theme dramatics and atmosphere!
