“ULD consists of Une Lorentze Onarheim, Lucia Andreadatter Utnem and Dagny Braanen Lindgren. With three voices, piano and accordion, the trio unites Norwegian folk song, folk, alternative pop and Nordic sonic traditions in an intimate and precise sound.
Their debut album fra en annen virkelighet, released on 18 October 2024, resulted the following year in three nominations for the Norwegian Grammy Awards 2025. That same year, the trio received both the Edvard Prize and the Prøysen Prize. The songs “Vondt å vende” and “Jeg skal finne deg” simultaneously spent several weeks in the Norwegian top 50.
In the winter of 2025, ULD sold out two concerts at Oslo Concert Hall with a total of 2,800 audience members, performing with a big band. Their first Denmark tour that same year was also sold out. In March 2026, they open for Aphaca in Copenhagen, performing in front of 6,000 audience members over two consecutive evenings.
ULD have previously performed at venues and festivals such as Bergenfest, SPOT Festival, Tønder Festival, Piknik i Parken and Union Chapel, as well as performing for the Royal Family at the Palace.
In the summer of 2026, the trio will play exclusive concerts at OverOslo, Roskilde Festival, Ravnedalen Live and Trænafestivalen, and in the autumn a Scandinavian tour follows with stops in Iceland, Dublin, Manchester and London
On stage, ULD are characterised by calm, dynamics and an ability to let silence become part of the concert.”
