Ireland are set to face Bulgaria over two-legs in March to decide their UEFA Nations League fate as Heimir Hallgrímsson’s side look to secure their League B status. Ireland will travel to Plovdiv for the first leg on Thursday, March 20, with kick-off at 7.45pm before returning to Dublin for the second leg on Sunday, March 23, with kick-off at 7.45pm.
It promises to be an exciting night under the lights at the Aviva Stadium with everything on line to secure Ireland’s League B status which will help Ireland’s cause in qualification for European Championships in the future.
