TradFest 2019

TradFest, Ireland's largest festival of traditional music returns to Dublin City in January 2019.

What was set up as a small niche festival of Traditional music in 2006, TradFest has grown to include artists from the worlds of folk, nu-folk, and even rock and roll!

This year will see a host of musical events, workshops and  music trails take place over 5 days and 5 nights.

Numerous iconic venues are used to host concerts featuring acts such as Cathy Davey, David Kitt and Inni-K, Jim Page, Andy Irvine, Paddy Casey, The Fureys and much more.

The venues include St. Patrick’s Cathedral, St Michan’s Church, Dublin’s City Hall, House of Lords, Dublin Castle,City Assembly House and the Button Factory.
