Speaking at the launch of the Summer in Dublin campaign, Lord Mayor of Dublin Cllr Ray McAdam said: “Summer in Dublin captures the very spirit of what my mayoralty has been about: Celebrating Dublin. Celebrating our city centre. Celebrating our streets and public spaces. Celebrating the creativity, colour and imagination that make this capital so special. Most of all, celebrating Dubliners.
Across July and August, our city will come alive with music, performance, fashion, workshops and family fun. It will be a chance for children to wonder, for families to gather, for visitors to explore, and for all of us to enjoy the heart of Dublin at its best. This is what a living, active and engaged city looks like. A city that welcomes people in. A city that brings people together. A city that reminds us, again and again, that Dublin’s greatest strength is its people.”
Whether you’re chasing magical moments, seeking exciting adventures or simply looking for a free family fun day out this summer, Summer in Dublin is set to make the city centre the ultimate destination for family fun.
