The New Theatre presents Saving for a Helicopter by An Grianán Theatre Productions & Gráinne Curistan as part of Dublin Fringe Festival.

Gráinne is saving for a helicopter. She always has been.

What begins as a childhood dream shared with her father becomes something more complicated as adulthood arrives and an inherited illness begins to shape her future. With dark humour, music and honesty, Gráinne tells a deeply personal story of family, memory, working-class identity, hospital life and hope.

You’ll laugh. You might cry. You’ll leave thinking about what we inherit, what we carry, and how we keep going.
