Launch night of ‘Friends of Pichet’ with Stephen Gibson
On Sunday 29th January 2023, Chef Stephen Gibson is coming back to Pichet for one night only with their current Head Chef Harry Quinn. They will be collaborating to create a 6-course seasonal tasting menu with paired wines. This event is not to be missed!
Tickets are €95pp and includes your 6-course, wine-paired tasting meal. Sittings are available from 4pm.

Pichet is a modern take on a classic bistro. Combining both French influence and modern Irish cuisine, it has been on the receiving end of numerous awards and Bib Gourmand’s since it’s inception in 2009.
About 'Friends of Pichet':
Join us as we invite previous Pichet alumni to return for one night only on a bespoke menu for one night only. Previous guests include Anna Haugh (Bob Bob Ricard, Hell’s Kitchen USA), Mark Moriarty (The Greenhouse) and Andy McFadden (Glovers Alley).
About Harry Quinn:
Harry has years of international experience in Michelin star restaurants. Since moving back to Dublin, he spent 3 years working in Ross Lewis’ Chapter One, Luna, Clanbrassil House before coming to Pichet in 2020 as Head Chef.
About Stephen Gibson:
Stephen Gibson, co-owner of Pichet, is the Executive Head Chef of Café en Seine. Stephen has travelled the world cooking in Michelin star kitchens. He spent 5 years as Head Chef in Dublin’s L’Ecrivain Restaurant, until 2009 when he opened Pichet on Trinity Street Dublin.
