An unflinching, hilarious new play about 2010s girlhood, cringe-worthy quests for love and the cyclical curse of womanhood. Growing Pains captures the chaos and contradictions of growing up: wanting to go ice-skating with your parents but also wanting to get fingered. Never in between.
Funny, furious, full of girlhood rage, it asks what we inherit, what we survive, and why the same stories keep happening again and again.
