What’s On in Dublin This Weekend (June 8-10)
We’re on for another cracker of a weekend!

The Grand Social celebrate Prince – Friday 8th June
Popular bar and music venue The Grand Social will be hosting Prince’s 60th Birthday Party with Housequake. Enjoy all of the legendary artist’s iconic hits with an impressive 10-piece band, and dance the night away. Tickets are available on the door €14, show starts at 8.30pm.
Head for dinner before Kodaline on Friday, or Gorillaz on Saturday at Malahide Castle – Friday 8th and Saturday 9th June
If you have tickets to either Kodaline or Gorillaz this weekend at Malahide Castle, why not enjoy dinner at one if Dublin One’s restaurants before catching the train to Malahide. Wynn’s Hotel, Flanagan’s, M&L Chinese and WigWam are just a few of the many places to dine in.
NCAD Graduate Exhibition kicks off – Saturday 9th-17th June
Thomas Street’s famous fashion college NCAD open their 2018 graduate exhibition to the public, that will take place in the School of Design, and will run until next week on Sunday. A wonderful showcase of this year’a graduates, the exhibition displays work from all students in the courses from fashion design, jewellery, visual communications, medical device design and more.
Bloomsday at Duke Street Gallery – Sunday 10th June
Before the festival kicks off on Monday, the Duke Street Gallery is hosting an exhibition by artist Aidan Hickey, followed by renowned sculptor John Behan go celebrate the inspiration of James Joyce and his iconic ‘Ulysses’.
Negroni Week says “cheers to charity!”- all weekend
This weekend will be the last few days to celebrate Negroni Week. The beloved Italian aperitif has been championed by bars across Dublin, and Ireland, while also giving back to charity. Donating proceeds of their sales of the strong but tasty drink, the Negroni is made with Campari and is a perfect way to cheers to charity.
