Walls to Workstations new pop up interiors shop, RESIDE
Walls To Workstations, is launching a new domestic furniture offering this May and our inner interior nerd is freaking out!
This May, Walls To Workstations, one of Ireland’s leading workplace interior solutions providers, will launch a new domestic furniture offering, RESIDE.
RESIDE will officially launch its new ‘living’ offering with a pop-up interiors shop at Fumbally Exchange, 5 Dame Lane, Dublin 2. Open from Thursday, 4th May until Saturday, 6th May, the pop-up will showcase premium residential sofas, lounge chairs and dining tables from coveted international brands.
Suzie McAdam
RESIDE has brought on board one of the most creative and respected Irish interior designers, Suzie McAdam, to host a series of workshops at the pop-up.
Suzi completed her BA and received an honours degree from DIT in interior design in 2010. Having graduated in the midst of the recession, she began her career in California working on high end residential projects for a Palo Aalto based design studio.
One of Suzie’s first clients was renowned Senator Fergal Quinn for his RTE TV show, “Retail Therapy”, where Suzie worked with struggling retailers on revamping their spaces. Suzie has also worked with Norah Casey redesigning retail spaces for RTE’s “The Takeover”.
Suzie’s workshops will focus on themes such as design trends and key looks for 2017, interior styling tips and tricks, choosing the perfect colour and understanding its impact on atmosphere and light, and how to expertly curate furniture in the home and the importance of good design.
Reside Pop up
Tickets for the workshops are available from residebyw2w.eventbrite.ie for €10, with all proceeds going to the Jack & Jill foundation. Attendees will have the opportunity to take in Suzie’s top tips, and ask Suzie and the RESIDE team questions to help make the most of their space at home.
Tickets to the masterclass will also include refreshments, and each guest will be entered into a draw to win a private design consultancy with Suzie, or a special edition iconic Series 7 chair in Merlot & Rose Gold from Fritz Hansen.
The RESIDE pop up will showcase some design classics, such as the Saarinen dining suite, as well as pieces to inspire, including the debut of the Lune sofa from Fritz Hansen, which will only be launched weeks before in Milan. RESIDE by W2W will open from Thursday, 4th May until Saturday, 6th May, 2017 from 10am until 5pm at The Fumbally Exchange, 5 Dame Lane, Dublin 2.
To celebrate, RESIDE is offering a 15% discount on all orders made during the month of May, so start making your list!
