The Ivy Dawson Street Turns Green for St.Patrick’s Day
Written by To celebrate their first St.Patrick’s Day in Ireland, The Ivy Dawson Street will be turning green with a beautiful light display, cocktail and dessert!
As if The Ivy wasn’t stunning enough, for four days only, the brasserie’s exterior will be lit up, creating an eye-catching display for guests and passers-by to enjoy.
In further celebration, The Ivy Dawson Street’s kitchen and bar team have also whipped up a bespoke dessert and cocktail, available for a limited time only. (Monday, 11th March – Sunday, 17th March)
The tantalising ‘Illuminated Ivy’ cocktail (€10.50) will feature Wyborowa vodka, yuzu pure juice, egg white and Earl Grey sake liqueur, whilst those with a sweeter tooth will be able to enjoy a ‘Lucky Choux’ dessert (€8.75), incorporating Baileys, Guinness and coffee cream, caramel, peanut brittle and Gianduja sauce – our mouths are watering at the sound of that already.
