Ladurée Chef Thibaud Cucherat Creates Festive French Toast
Ladurée International Chef Thibaud Cucherat let DublinTown in on the secret of how he creates the famous Parisian French Toast.
DublinTown has many unique cafés, and we are very proud that Ladurée on South William Street in the Creative Quarter is the only in the city, let alone the country. Renowned for their delactable macarons, delicate cakes and pastries, as well as thick hot chocolates and smooth coffees, Ladurée Dublin really is something special.
While visiting Dublin, Ladurée International Chef Thibaud Cucherat showed us how the café’s French Toast creations are made, as well as introducing four of their new festive flavours for the Christmas season. Made with Brioche, the French Toast is coated in a Crème anglaise-style batter and gentle fried in butter before being topped with delicious and fresh ingredients. Watch our video below and be inspired to visit the café with your loved ones!
