Written by Dublin is for me a city that prevails over any other I have ever visited, and I can never take for granted living and having a restaurant here.
My favourite part of the city would have to be Grafton Street and Powerscourt Shopping Centre and luckily for me Salamanca is ideally located only five minutes from them.
When it comes to food, Dubliner’s have certainly changed their dining habits and this is reflected in the vast number of themed restaurants emerging in our city over the past few years. We endeavour in Salamanca to give diners a taste of Spain in Dublin, and feel it is important to provide a place of escapism, even if it is just for an hour or two. Ironically, my very first business venture was name Escape In Espresso!
Dine in Dublin is a great week for DublinTown as it gives diners the opportunity to experience the varied, and wonderful cuisines of Dublin at amazing prices. It is a week of celebration, a celebration of the huge progress of a city in terms of retail and food experimentation!
