Eddie Rocket’s new Summer range in diners now
Eddie Rocket’s today launched an exciting new range of Summer drinks across its diners, as well as a new Summer Burger – the BBQ Chick. Exclusively available in diners across Ireland and Northern Ireland while stocks last & hopefully all summer long!
The new range of 6 Summer drinks include a refreshing ginger beer & lime mocktail, a range of cider cocktails served over crushed ice and a pink & bubbly candyfloss and prosecco snipe.
These go perfectly with the new BBQ Chick summer burger – featuring fillet of chicken, a delicious mix of grilled peppers & onions, BBQ sauce & of course Eddie Rocket’s famous secret sauce. The burger is served in a fun metal basket and comes with fries and Rocket Rings (Eddie’s huge hand breaded onion rings). The BBQ Chick is €12.95. In diners from Thursday.
The Summer range was launched on the, Thursday 23rd June, with a fun summer social event at Eddie Rocket’s diner on South Anne Street in Dublin 2. Attendees were served the summer BBQ Chick burger and a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails presented by an expert mixologist.
Expected guests include presenter Glenda Gilson, Miss Ireland Pamela Uba, FM104’s Crossy, and actress Jenny Dixon to name a few.
Drinks retail from €6 for non-alcoholic mocktails, €8 for cider cocktails and €11 for the prosecco and candyfloss cocktail.

4th July Celebrations
Next on the summertime fun schedule is the 2022 Annual Hot Dog Eating Competition, which will be held outside Eddie Rocket’s South Anne Street diner in Dublin 2 from 12 noon on Sunday 3rd July. Contestants can enter via the brand’s Instagram page @eddierockets for a chance to compete on the day – the person who eats the most hot dogs in 10 minutes will win the coveted National Hot Dog Eating Champion trophy!
