Come into town and experience the super Summer in Dublin Town on-street activities this July and August!
We kicked off our Summer in DublinTown campaign, which sees plenty of FREE family fun on Henry Street and the newly pedestrianized Suffolk Street! From mid-July until end-August, town will become animated with a range of superhero-themed, free entertainment for everyone to enjoy.
Taking place between 1pm and 5pm each Saturday, families can enjoy activities such as face painting, colouring competitions, balloons, giant games including Connect 4 and Jenga, as well as a novelty photo booth car by Funky Cam.
Our resident superheroes will also be on-hand for all your selfie desires and framers for at home! Captain America, Spider-Man, Supergirl and Elastigirl will all be at the ready…to fight crime and take selfies!
Dates and Locations
– Henry Street, 1-5pm: July 13th, July 27th, August 10th, August 24th
– Suffolk Street, 1-5pm: July 20th, August 3rd, August 17th, August 31st
– Outdoor movies at Wolfe Tone Square, 1-6pm
Plus as a special treat, we are hosting a family fun day and outdoor movie screening on August 10th at Wolfe Tone Square – ALSO FOR FREE! Complete with stalls from local businesses which include coffee, cakes, ice cream and fish & chips. Then make yourself comfortable, sit back and enjoy the movies!
