If you are looking for the perfect place to spend Valentine’s Day with your loved one, look no further than FIRE Steakhouse & Bar. FIRE introduces their Special Valentine’s Sharing menu, a meticulously crafted sharing experience where romance meets culinary mastery. For €95 per person, this experience has been designed with you and your loved one in mind, creating an unforgettable evening for both. This menu is available from the 12th to 18th February 2024.

Begin your evening with a taste of the sea, enjoying a poached tiger prawn cocktail, accompanied with Marie Rose and American style cocktail sauces. Then moving on to the passionfruit sorbet served with dried raspberry to cleanse the palate, before delighting in the main course of Hannan’s Meat’s Salt Aged Delmonico Sharing Steak, served with peppercorn brandy cream, Dijon and Béarnaise sauce, micro cress and baby leaf salad, a choice of Caesar or Greek Salad and a choice of Ballymakenny potatoes, skinny or Pont Neuf chips. Conclude your evening on a sweet note with the Alaskan Bombe, accompanied with Cocoa Atelier dark chocolate sauce.

FIRE Steakhouse & Bar is a multi-award-winning venue located in the heart of Dublin. FIRE’s dining room was originally built in 1864 as the Lord Mayor’s Supper Room and features incredible vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor’s Garden.

Complete your Valentine’s Sharing Menu with ‘The Perfect Pear’ cocktail.  Served table side over dry ice, this alluring drink is the ideal way to finish a romantic evening at FIRE. The Perfect Pear is perfectly mixed using Bombay Bramble Gin, Xante Pear Liqueur, Crème de Cassis, fresh lemon juice and completed with a touch of homemade sugar syrup. Available for a limited time only, from Monday 12th to Sunday 18th February 2024.
