Insomnia and Baileys team up for a limited-edition coffee collection made for Christmas catch-ups

Insomnia Coffee, Ireland’s leading independent coffee chain, has teamed up with Baileys Original Irish Cream to create a new limited-edition range that brings festive indulgence to your coffee break.
Kicking off the most indulgent treating occasion of the year, the collaboration has launched in stores nationwide until Christmas and introduces Baileys non-alcoholic flavoured syrup range to Insomnia Cafes, offering adults a delicious new reason to slow down and connect this season.
The Insomnia x Baileys range features five new delicious festive serves to make everyday Christmas moments a little more special for treat-loving adults:

Non-alcoholic Baileys Flavoured Cappuccino / Latte: A rich espresso blended with Baileys non-alcoholic flavoured syrup and topped with velvety steamed milk. A hint of spiced sweetness makes it the perfect festive pick-me-up.

Iced Non-alcoholic Baileys Flavoured Latte: All the Christmas cheer, served chilled. A double shot of espresso poured over ice with a splash of milk and Baileys non-alcoholic flavoured syrup. Refreshing, festive, and irresistible.
