Dash Burger Hosts One-Day-Only Collaboration With Internationally Renowned Chef Alvin Cailan

Dash Burger has always been about the food first. This May, that philosophy leads somewhere unexpected: a one-day collaboration with one of the most respected figures in global burger culture.

Dash Burger, Dublin’s cult smash burger specialist founded by Barry Wallace, has announced a one-day collaboration with Alvin Cailan – the chef, creator and cultural force behind Eggslut, Amboy Quality Meats, Burgers by Alvin Cailan and the globally beloved The Burger Show. Flying in from Los Angeles, Alvin joins Dash Burger on the 31st of May at The Devlin.

Alvin Cailan is one of the most influential figures in modern burger culture. He didn’t just open restaurants; he redefined what a burger could mean, from the cult queues of Eggslut in LA’s Grand Central Market to the globally celebrated Burgers by Alvin Cailan in Manila, and The Burger Show, where he interviewed and cooked alongside the best in the world. If you care about burgers, you know Alvin. And on the 31st May, he’ll be in Dublin.

Dash has built its reputation through exactly this kind of collaboration with their yearly pop-up with George Motz and their innovative monthly special Dash know how to identify the most exciting voices in food and bring them to Dublin.

Alvin has created Burgers by Alvin Cailan Presents: Alvin’s Onion Burger, a double juicy smashed patty loaded with green light or red light sauce, caramelised and shaved onions, on a sesame bun. Served alongside beef fat fries with dip, available separately.

Guests will have the chance to meet Alvin in person throughout the event, alongside a carefully curated atmosphere of DJs, cocktails, and cold beers.

Tickets are €25 per person, inclusive of one burger and the chance to meet Alvin Cailan in person throughout the event, a rare opportunity to spend time with one of the most respected voices in global burger culture. Fries, dips, and merch will also be available on the day.

Tickets are strictly limited and expected to sell out fast.
