  • Wed, 9 Jul 2025

Dublin does cocktails like no other, whether it be cocktail-specific bars or just an average gastro pub, the best cocktails around are in Dublin. And from the 11th to the 20th of July, you can see that for yourself, because it will be Dublin cocktail week! So if you like cocktails as much as we do, this week is for you. With speciality drinks and deals galore, Dublin Cocktail Week is an unmissable affair.

What is Dublin Cocktail Week?

If you haven’t heard of Dublin Cocktail Week, prepare to be excited. Throughout all of Dublin, businesses will take part in a 10-day cocktail celebration! This means cheaper cocktails and speciality drinks all at a reduced price, hello?! Jackpot!

There is a list of 37 businesses for you to choose from during the cocktail week. No matter the vibe you’re looking for, there will be a spot during Dublin Cocktail Week for you. Each business has curated a limited edition speciality cocktail for the week, and even better, once you have a wristband for the week, the specialities are only €7-10 max! And don’t worry, if you aren’t a big drinker, a number of the specialities can be ordered without alcohol, or if you’re vegan, the same goes.

If this sounds as good to you as it does to us, then you can find all the relevant information at Dublin Cocktail Week.

Our Picks:

There’s no right or wrong place to get a drink, but if you aren’t sure what pubs or bars to head to for the week, here are our suggestions for you!

Capitol Lounge:

To start this list off, we have the Capitol Lounge. Located on Aungier Street, Capitol Lounge is a classy late bar with some of the best cocktails around. For Dublin Cocktail Week, Capito Lounge is offering a very generous 2 cocktails for €15! Including their own Floradora cocktail, which has gin, raspberry syrup, lime juice & ginger beer.

DisnDat:

Up next is Disndat. Located on Dame Court, Disndat has something for everyone, with nightly live music playing from a state-of-the-art sound system, delicious pizza from PI just across the road and even board games! How cool! Disndat has offered 10% off all cocktails for the week, including their speciality drink Honey Honey, which has Havana especial, lime juice, honey syrup and prosecco. Just reading the ingredients is making my mouth water.

Electric Circus:

Electric Circus on Talbot Street is an eclectic experience that you cannot miss, The interior is lined with all things wacky and wonderful, and the atmosphere is equally as fun and lighthearted. They have added two secret drinks to their menu for cocktail week. You can order the Smokey Orchard Sour or the pistachio piña picante during Dublin cocktail week if you want everyone else to know how much cooler and knowledgeable you are.

Fade Street Social Club:

Fade Street Social is a prime spot no matter the occasion, whether you want to sit down and enjoy a meal with your friends (and cocktails) or party on their rooftop garden, Fade Street Social has both perfected. They have a fantastic special called Fade Forbidden Mango, which has rum, amaro, Benedictine, lime, mango and caramel syrup. If that sounds like the drink for you, then you know where to go.

Fleet Hotel:

The Fleet Hotel has the best (in my opinion) café bar in Ireland, café 1920 has a beautiful interior, they serve excellent food, and of course, marvellous drinks. Their signature drink is a special Sangria, the recipe has been passed down and perfected to give you the best Sangria you’ve had. Café 1920 will also have a special Bloody Mary you can order for €10, and if you can guess the mystery ingredient of the Bloody Mary, you can get 20% off your food bill, pretty cool, huh?

Flight Club:

Flight Club on Dawson Street is a very unique spot, and is perfect for a night out with friends, whether you want to play a classic game of darts or want to play one of Flight Club’s very own games. The speciality drink to be found here is named Summer Flight and is made up of gin, rhubarb liquor, rose liquor, lime juice, grapefruit soda and passion fruit puree. Darts, drinks and lovely sharing platters make this spot perfect for enjoying Dublin Cocktail Week.

Hyde:

Hyde is Dublin’s very own Matryoshka bar, because within the walls of Hyde’s establishment are 5 unique bars in one building. You can choose from the Lobby bar, their cocktail bar, the SEEK bar, the Rooftop garden and the rooftop terrace, each of which has a brilliantly unique look and feel. Hyde will have 2 new signature cocktails for cocktail week. The Botanica has vodka, elderflower liquor, lemon juice, lavender syrup & soda water, and the Smoky Paloma, which has tequila, mezcal, grapefruit shrub, lime juice, agave, and grapefruit soda. If I still haven’t convinced you to go here, then I don’t think I can.

J.T. Pim’s:

J.T. Pim’s is the perfect balance of old and new, the look and feel is that of a warm, quaint Irish bar, but has the selection of spirits, beers, wines and cocktails of a modern pub. During Dublin Cocktail Week, J.T. Pim’s will be giving 10% off every cocktail on their menu, which includes their special Pim’s coupé, which has Olmeca tequila, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar syrup.

Pitch Dublin:

If you or your buddies are into golf, then Pitch on Dawson Street is perfect for you. There are multiple different games that you can play, a plethora of fantastic food options, and of course, unbelievable cocktails. Green Caspian is the name of the speciality cocktail at Pitch. It contains vanilla vodka, homemade pistachio liquor and some Kahlua. You might not be as good at golf when you’re done, but oh boy, it’s worth it.

Zozimus Bar:

Zozimus is a chic late bar located on Anne’s Lane. The interior revolves around the circular bar in the centre, so the drinks are always the centre of attention (as they should be). The cocktail available at Zozimus for Dublin Cocktail Week is called the Smoke Old Fashioned, which contains bourbon, maple syrup, angostura bitters and orange bitters, cherry wood chips, orange peel and ice, all of these ingredients come together to make quite a mean cocktail, and you can try it for only €10, so why not check it out?

FAQ:

Do I need a wristband for Dublin Cocktail Week? While you won’t be denied entry at any of these venues if you don’t have a wristband, you won’t be able to take advantage of the great price reductions or special limited edition drinks.

Non-Alcoholic Drinks: All of the venues above sell fantastic non alcoholic drinks, but some of the special cocktails are not available without alcohol. The Dublin Cocktail Week website will have all of the specific information on the fantastic beverages for sale, including distinctions for vegan drinks and drinks with non – alcoholic options.

Should I bring friends who don’t drink? Absolutely! As long as your friends want to go too, there’s no reason why not.
