The new additions are bursting with fresh and vibrant flavours showcasing Gourmet Food Parlour’s signature flair for homemade dishes that champion local seasonal ingredients, diverse influences and food trends.
Customers can expect a wide selection of new arrivals including must-have mains, sharing plates, sumptuous sandwiches and fresh summer salads. For lunch, guests can enjoy the following new dishes:
- The GFP Chicken Fillet Roll featuring a crispy chicken fillet coated in chilli hot honey, Monterey Jack cheese, streaky bacon, crispy lettuce, red cabbage slaw, smoked onion mayonnaise served on a Bretzel soft white roll with a side of rustic fries
- Prawn & Nduja Pacchieri Pasta with caramelised shallots, prosecco white wine, a cream sauce topped with freshly grated parmesan & a crispy herb crumb. (A side of garlic bread can be added for just €2.50)
- The Ultimate Chicken Burger featuring a panko crispy chicken burger coated in chilli hot honey, crispy iceberg lettuce, red cabbage slaw, jerk mayonnaise, on a toasted brioche bun served with a side of rustic fries
For those craving a perfectly stacked sandwich, there are two delicious new additions to try including:
- The Pastrami Roll, featuring shaved pastrami, Emmental cheese, gherkins, red onion, baby lettuce and a slathering of honey mustard aioli served on soft white roll
- An Open Smoked Salmon ‘Everything’ Bagel with fresh Ballycotton Oak Smoked Salmon, chive-cream cheese, pickled red onion and fresh rocket served in a Bretzel ‘everything’ bagel
Guests in the mood for a light bite can try one of the delicious new summer salads including:
- The Schnitzel Caesar Salad is the ultimate girl dinner this summer, featuring a crispy chicken schnitzel in panko breadcrumb, topped with fresh cos lettuce, crispy bacon, fresh grated parmesan and a fresh homemade basil Caesar dressing
- The Halloumi & Hummus Salad features a tasty medley of tomato & harissa hummus, grilled halloumi, baby leaves, pickled red onion, quinoa, roasted beetroot, cherry tomato and a zesty basil citrus dressing (vegan option available)
- The Hot Honey Chicken Bowl blends sweet and spicy crispy chicken, fragrant rice, pickled onion, shredded lettuce, fresh avocado, red slaw and a drizzle of jerk mayonnaise (tofu available for vegan option)
For dinner, there is a carefully curated selection of small plates designed for sharing including:
- Homemade Focaccia Bruschetta with fresh tomato
- Garlic & Lemon Chicken thigh skewers served with zesty jerk mayo
- Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with sautéed baby spinach & wild garlic, cashew & rocket pesto
- The Provolone Sourdough Bun with melted provolone cheese, brushed with garlic butter
- Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Bites served with a dollop of garlic yoghurt dip
There are two new additions to the GFP breakfast menu including a sweet and savoury option. Customers looking to kickstart the morning strong can try the ‘Protein Start’ which includes creamy chive-scrambled eggs, a slice of Irish baked ham, grilled halloumi, roasted tomato, smashed avocado and rocket served on Bretzel granary toast.
For those looking for something on the sweeter side, the brand new ‘Eton Mess’ is a must-try. It consists of a selection of fresh berries, forest fruit compote, whipped cream and lightly crushed meringue.
