Bunsen Burger is the hip and trendy burger joint, situated in three prime locations around the city centre serving straight up burgers. Having sampled all major beef breeds in Ireland, they settles on having the beef supplied by FX Buckleys. Also, having experimented with over 50 cheeses, including making their own (Comte/Jack blend), they settled on the closest possible thing to traditional American hamburger cheese available in Europe.
