Coffee has truly taken DublinTown by storm and so the DublinTown Food and Drink festival has teamed up with some of the most respected coffee shops and cafes to bring a range of stellar events to take your coffee-knowledge and appreciation that little bit further!
Some of the coffee focused events we’re most looking forward to are;
‘Latte Art Masterclass at Bewley’s Grafton Street’
Hosted by five times Irish Latte Art Champion Elvis, Bewley’s Grafton Street are hosting classes in which you’ll learn the fundamentals of steaming and texturing milk followed by tips and tricks to pouring latte art to have you pouring like a pro. Elvis will teach you how to foam milk for your cappuccinos, steam milk for your flat whites, and pour latte art desigins to perfection. Latte Art is quickly becoming a signature of quality in the coffee industry and so if you are looking to improve your skills as a barista, or simply want to impress your friends at home, this Latte Art Masterclass is the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning!

‘Vice Coffee- Tasting Ireland’s Best Coffee’
Join the Vice Coffee Team to cup and taste a selection of the world’s finest coffees that have been roasted by some of Ireland’s best roasters. They will have coffees from a number of the most notable roasters in the country including 3FE, Roasted Brown, Cloud POicker, Full Circle, calendar, Soma, Bailie’s and more. This will be the largest selection of Irish roasters every tasted together in one room- an event not to be missed for any coffee fan!

‘Coffee Brewing Masterclass at Bewley’s Grafton Street’
Learn how to brew coffee like a professional. Bewleys Coffee experts will take you from crop to cup, to educate you further on just where and how your cup of coffee was once a coffee plant elsewhere in the world. Learn the coffee brewing fundamentals and how to brew that perfect pot of coffee in your own home.
