Experience the outdoor delights of Sophie’s at The Dean like never before, with the Roe & Cosy Terrace. With sweeping views of the city, and even some of DublinTown Christmas Lights, the terrace is decked out with everything you need to keep warm and cosy this winter.
Come together with friends and family, where a roaring fire, blankets and even hot water bottles await. Not only that, but the immersive Roe & Cosy Terrace will also include a spice trail of festive ingredients and aromas that remind you of Christmas.
Sophie’s has worked with Roe & Co Brand Ambassador Alan Mulvihill to create a bespoke cocktail menu that include ‘The Roe & Cosy’, made with Roe & Co Irish Whiskey infused with Earl Grey tea, cinnamon, Star Anise and cloves. Or why not indulge in the ‘Zacapa Hot Chocolate’, made with orange bitters, and the perfect Baileys Irish Coffee topped with fresh whipped vanilla cream.
Furthermore, Sophie’s Head Chef Richard Carmody has designed a divine food pairing menu, packed full of sweet and savoury options including delightful Belgian waffles, toasted Smores, and the delictable Nutella and mascarpone calzones, as well as piping hot wood fire pizzas and much more!
The Terrace will be open from 5pm – late seven days a week throughout the winter months.
