Festive Christmas Cocktails in #DublinTown
DublinTown restaurants and bars are going all out with their Festive Christmas Cocktails this year – and we are loving it!
Whether it’s one to warm the bones, or one to help get in the festive spirit, you’ll find a favourite for everyone on your night out. We’ve devised a list of our favourite cocktails from places you can only find in Dublin’s City Centre.
The Mint Bar at the Westin Hotel
In creating the festive cocktail selection at the Mint Bar, the team put their seasonal thinking caps on to combine favourite festive flavours with a glamourous cocktail that would catch the eye midst the sparkling lights of December. The rich red hues of an Elderberry Praline set a seasonal tone, with its tantalizing mixture of bourbon, Aperol, chocolate bitters and homemade elderberry syrup, a concoction to awaken the taste buds. Meanwhile the appearance of a Red-Nosed Reindeer cocktail is such that one expects to see Rudolph around a corner! Combining rosemary infused gin, homemade elderberry syrup, fresh raspberries, lemon juce and egg white; it sets the scene for a festive favourite. Other seasonal show stoppers include the Nutcracker, Ruby Cheeks, Caca Milis and Winter Delight. Find out more at www.themintbar.ie or call (01) 6451322
