Essential Businesses Open in Dublin Town
A number of essential businesses are still open in Dublin Town from medical centres and pharmacies, to supermarkets and other food & drink outlets.
Though many retailers have had to close their doors temporarily, there are still a number of businesses open in town, who are deemed Essential Businesses. Wherever you may have to go, we ask you to be responsible and observe the 2 metre social distancing at all times.
Medical Centres & Doctors
It is advised by most medical centres and doctors’ offices to book your appointment over the phone as walk-in service has been temporarily suspended.
Pharmacies
For all your medicine and pharmacy needs, some pharmacies may operate contactless with built-in screens and kiosks.
Supermarkets
An essential business for all, the supermarkets also have priority hours for the elderly, those more vulnerable and to our excellent healthcare & emergency services workers.
Convenience Stores
From the household essentials like milk, bread or soap, to little treats of Cadbury’s, ice cream, greeting cards or magazines to help pass the time, the convenience stores are open throughout town.
Food & Drink Outlets
If you’re looking for more worldly and ethnic foods, perhaps healthier options or certain dietary foods then these outlets and stores are the ones for you.
