Daithí Plays Everleigh as Part of Jägermeister Present: The Ice Kühl Series
Get ready to party all night long at Everleigh this Saturday night!
Techno-trad artist Daithí sold out gigs at Electric Picnic this summer and for one night only he is playing at Everleigh this weekend. Bringing his new wave genre to the club scene once again, Saturday night 17th November will welcome the Galway-native as he then takes to the decks at 1am. The Jägermeister Present: The Ice Kühl Series with Daithí show will play on til 3.30am.
The young Irishman is known for his unique music, mixing traditional Irish instruments and vocals with popular EDM sounds. A producer obsessed by the culture of Ireland, Daithí is also a two-time Choice Award nominee who combines nature recordings, old Irish samples and analogue synths to create a unique type of house music that’s soaked in Irish culture.
Recently he even found a lost recording of his grandmother, speaking about how she met her husband and life in the West of Ireland. ‘Mary Keanes Introduction’ became the track that captured the imagination of millions of Irish people across the world, and became one of the most successful Irish singles that year, staying #1 in the Spotify viral charts for 6 weeks!
