EATING ROOMS OPENING 30TH JANUARY – BOOK NOW! Where stories are written in stout and a warm welcome awaits. M.J. Wright is a family-owned and run pub & eating rooms on South Great George’s Street, Dublin. On the corner of the iconic Market Arcade – opened in 1881 – it spans across 4 floors of this historic building. A place for friends and family to gather and for stories to be shared.

Public House & Cellar Bar
Serving creamy pints of stout, whiskey, spirits, wines & beers. Pub classics food menu offering traditional bar eats with dishes like beef stew, chowder, oysters and more served from 12pm.

Eating Rooms
A 45-seater dining room offering a relaxed yet intimate dining experience. A modern European menu by talented young chef Adrian Dragoman features well-crafted, balanced dishes, served Thursday – Saturday, 5 pm – 9:30 pm.
Function Rooms
The Butterfly room is situated on the second floor and available for private hire. Ideal for functions and events with it’s own bar and flexible layout.
