Grab your Negroni and take the front row- your Milano night out awaits. Be ready to find yourself right in front of the Duomo with the Squadra’s Gran Milanese, tender on the inside but crispy on the outside, a rosé veal escalope, breadcrumbed and fried with love. For the most curious Dubliners, Italian cuisine meets the iconic Irish harp in our take on a Milanese classic: veal Ossobuco deglazed with Guinness, for a richer, punchier twist, served with creamy polenta and velvety Taleggio fondue. In the kitchen, Chef Davide and his Squadra really went big: Spaghettoni al Metro for a never-ending love story, coated in a creamy Salsa al Tartufo – one of our finest prodotti.
