Designed to revive even the weariest of souls this Halloween weekend Summon your spirits with Balfes new Autumn Daiquiri. 8 year old rum is fused with garish clementine juice, sweetened with a dark hue of maple syrup and served Martini style with grated cinnamon stick, priced at €10.50.
No cauldrons here, but autumnal sustenance is provided with the introduction of a soul warming Spiced Butternut Squash and Pumpkin Soup served with Chestnut Brisures and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds and served with Chilli bread, at just €7.
