Tasty crepes pop up comes to Arnotts!

Running until Sunday the 19th of March, the sweet treats located just outside Arnotts are the perfect pick me up after a day’s shopping.
Founded by Redmond Kennedy, the pop up is a true powerhouse of flavours.
With everything from dark Belgian chocolate crepes to mozzarella, tomato and pesto to the Le Traditionnel’ with home cooked Irish ham, melted Irish cheddar cheese and Sheridans Ploughman’s chutney, there is something for everyone.
The classic crepes are made daily according to the recipes mastered at a well renowned French crepe school as attended by Kennedy.Being prepared in the traditional French way, organic buckwheat is the main ingredient which is gluten free and packed with antioxidants, minerals, fibre and amino acids.
Classic Crepes specialises in a broad range of mouth-watering, authentic crepes. From 74% dark Belgian chocolate crepes with strawberry or banana, to savoury ‘galettes’ – the Caprese with mozzarella, sundried tomatoes and pesto, or ‘Le Traditionnel’ with home cooked Irish ham, melted Irish cheddar cheese and Sheridans Ploughman’s chutney.
Using “in season” ingredients, Classic Crepes coffee is produced by an artisan roaster in Ireland. The blend is 90% Arabica from Guatemala, Honduras, Papa New Guinea, Brazil and 10% India Cherry Robusta.
