Magee 1866 Spring/Summer 2018 Press Breakfast and Fashion Show
On Tuesday, February 13th, some of Ireland’s leading Irish press and stylists joined Lynn Temple, Chairman of iconic Irish brand Magee 1866, for breakfast and a preview of Magee 1866’s menswear and womenswear spring/summer collections at the brand’s stunning flagship store on Dublin’s South Anne Street.
Guests including stylists Cathy O’Connor, Paula Hurley, Laura Jordan and Judy Gilroy, TV3’s Patrick Kavanagh and RTE’s Rebecca Brady, along with some of Ireland’s leading fashion press and bloggers, were treated to a sumptuous breakfast of blueberry pancake stacks, scones with clotted cream and fresh fruit, followed by a catwalk show featuring the latest looks from Magee 1866, showcased by Assets models Sarah, Fionnuala and Taylor for womenswear, along with Alex, Stephen and Darren for menswear.

Beautiful fabrics are at the core of everything Magee 1866 creates, and these are translated into garment and product designs, making for unique wardrobe pieces in luxurious yarns like cashmere, silk, lambswool and cotton. The stunning land and seascapes surrounding Donegal are referenced in vibrant splashes of colour and softer hues across both collections.
