8. Outdoor Yoga, St Stephen’s Green Park
This one tugged at our glute muscles and our heart strings! What began as outdoor yoga lessons followed by a group tea session, sprung a new venture aptly named Back To The Heart. Taking place every Sunday morning is a yoga session in Stephen’s Green park followed by a yoga picnic. When you’ve finished stretching and have found your inner chi for the day, you can sit back and relax while meeting new people over tea and snacks. Who needs the pub?!
