MR. WHITE’S CAFÉ OPENS AT ARNOTTS
A new café opens its doors at Arnotts at and will be the latest restaurant to join the Arnotts food offering. Mr. White’s is a traditional style café with a relaxed, informal and cosy atmosphere and is located on ground level, next to the Abbey Street entrance. The new café is modelled on an old-fashioned tea room and coffee house and offers a range of delicious menu options as well as offering a sustainable solution to food on the go.
Mr. White’s is a nostalgic nod to Arnotts history, named after Mr. Andrew White, one of the founders of Arnotts in 1843, the other being Mr. George Cannock. The café is designed using solid oak timber, Bentwood chairs, tongue and groove panelling and wooden shelving to create a space of intimacy and warmth. Mr. White’s offers compostable cups and bags made from recycled paper, which is in keeping with Arnotts ongoing commitment to sustainability.
The café will offer customers a delicious and versatile menu with many options to choose from for breakfast or lunch. From pastries, scones and fruit compote and granola, to sausage and bacon rolls with Ballymaloe relish or porridge with toasted seeds and Highbank apple syrup, customers will be spoiled for choice when it comes to kick-starting their day with a nutritious meal.
For lunch, Mr. Whites will offer something for every taste, from old fashioned toasties, to salads and filled croissants, to daily specials of various soups, casseroles and hot dishes.
Not in the mood for a meal? Mr Whites will also offer a range of snacks including raw bars and protein balls, cakes and biscuits. A full range of coffees and teas will also be available. Coffee is roasted by Bewleys and will be available for retail sale.
