Evenings at Brother Hubbard – A Middle East Feast!
Brother Hubbard has launched their new evening feast concept, bringing the best from Middle East to Capel Street. Opening now from Wednesday to Saturday from 6.30pm with a smashing wine list to boot.
Middle Eastern food is rich in flavours, colours, textures and the overall vibrancy of the dishes makes the experience even more interesting. It’s a cuisine that is very focused on healthy, fresh food. With that said, what is also to love about Middle Eastern food is the way people enjoy it. It is about coming together to share – an every day meal can still feel like a feast as you share dishes with family and friends and enjoy a wider variety of food in doing so.
For the new evening menu Brother Hubbard has decided to borrow not only the style of Middle Eastern food but also that concept of sharing – feasting in an every day sense. With a menu designed to encourage you to share and share alike. The objective is that you encounter a larger variety of food that leaves you sated, but not stuffed. It is a menu that is lighter on the meat components to bring a better balance to the experience.
Just so you know, Brother Hubbard made everything on the meny from scratch and almost everything on the menu is gluten-free (the one or two items containing wheat can be swapped for a gluten-free alternative).
However, as important as the food is, a meal should actually be about much more than just that! So enjoy the smashing wine selection that Brother Hubbard has to offer, their lively atmosphere and the experience of sharing your meal with your dining companions.
