Celebrating Irish Produce and Global Flavours at St. Patrick’s Festival 2019
Foodie galore: St Patrick’s Festival is the place to be for delicious Irish produce and global flavours.
The annual festival, running for five days from March 14-18th is Dublin’s biggest celebration of the year. Expect a fun-filled line up of events running across the city, as well as an amazing offering of food throughout the five-day programme.
This year, St Patrick’s Festival is offering a brand-new exclusive VIP Festival Parade Experience on Sunday March 17. With this package you can enjoy the parade from the festival grandstand on Westmoreland Street which offers great vantage viewing.
Following the parade, you will then be guided to the Westin Hotel where you will be treated to a four-course buffet lunch including Irish Beef Fillet, Baked Atlantic Salmon, Irish Gammon and Slow Cooked Tomato and Basil Gnocchi. Meanwhile, Merrion Square will be transformed into a bustling Festival Village from March 16-18, where you can visit the World Food Market and tuck into the very best of Ireland’s street food scene. There’s Cloud Picker, the Irish coffee company who specialises in delicious, beautiful brews.
If you’re looking for something healthy and nourishing, then head on over to Shaka Poke, who are bringing Hawaiian vibes to Dublin with their tasty modern poke bowls. Make sure to stop by the Taco Truck too, where they will be serving a selection of mouth-watering tacos topped with fresh homemade salsas. For something sweet and fun, try Arctic Stone, Ireland’s multi-award winning ice cream company who will be dishing up their delicious hand rolled treats all weekend long.
