Simons Place
Established in 1997, Simon’s Place has become a meeting place for an eclectic mix of students, artists, music – heads and daily grinders. The atmosphere is friendly, bustling and informal – the walls lined with posters of the current happening around the city.
Simons Place is one of the cosiest cafés in Dublin, Simon’s Place is always bustling. The décor gives an immediate informal and relaxing impression – the walls are plastered thick with posters for different events and the furniture is a mix of old and new. At lunch time this place gets busy so get in early for fresh food, delicious coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in the city.
The Café is open from 8.30am until 5.15pm Monday – Saturday. It is very busy at lunchtime with the queue out the door. All food is freshly made every morning. There is a choice of two soups. Thick ‘doorstep’ salad sandwiches are made from their own unique brown bread and the best of ingredients.
