A Brand New Late Bar is Opening its Doors This Weekend
The Scaredy Cat, Dublin’s newest night-time spot, has arrived and is officially open to the public this weekend
The Scaredy Cat, located on the lower ground floor of The brand new Grafton Hotel, makes its home in the space previously occupied by famous Dublin haunts such as Bartley Dunne’s and Break for the Border. Undergoing an extensive refurbishment, The Scaredy Cat is set to become a household name in the nightlife scene.
It’s almost unrecognizable, after the talented team designed it’s interiors with a theme that marrries sophistication with groove, and elegance with cheek. Director Liam O’Dwyer has gone all out with sleek and vibrant decor, along with tasteful pieces of furniture once found in the array of bars and clubs he has run in the past.
While the furniture will entice you over the threshold it’s the delectable drinks that will have you staying until the wee hours. The cocktail menu is kitted out with the all-important classics, as well as unique twists with the bar’s own in-house menu. Making your way though the cocktail menu is a joy, with triumphs at every stop.
Opening at 7pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, The Scaredy Cat is set to be frequented by Dublin’s fun-loving nighttime prowlers looking for somewhere new and exciting.
