David Bowie Sound and Vision Exhibition.
This exhibition consists of a selection of paintings and prints by fans of David Bowie (Most which can be purchased.) Spanning four rooms. Two of these rooms have spectacular views of St Stephens Green Park and the top of Grafton Street.
All walls are black and give a great Rock 'n' Roll atmosphere. Bowie’s music will play loudly in order to give an upbeat rock-in atmosphere to the exhibit. There are 5 cd’s on constant shuffle play with a high-quality sound system. Please feel free to sing and dance around!
In the last room there is a DVD of Bowie’s performances throughout the years on a large screen.
Also, on display is a collection of prints by David Bowie as exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum’s ‘David Bowie Is’ touring exhibition (‘David Bowie Is’ is presently in Tokyo 08/01 to 19/04 2017) Rare book can be browsed through.
Visitors are encouraged to write on designated walls expressing their love for our Star Man! This is very popular and there is currently three large walls completely covered with graffiti.
This exhibition is run by volunteers for the love of David Bowie.
Entry to the exhibition is by any donation.
Times of opening are 7 days 12-6pm
Location is on the Top Floor. St. Stephens Green Ctr. (at the Dome end overlooking the Park).
