Situated down a lane off Lower Leeson Street, this former mews building was converted in 1958 and is formerly the home of leading architect Sam Stephenson. Number 31 is somewhere between a Classical Georgian townhouse and a stunning modernist design hotel. The famous sunken lounge is a nice place to start or end an evening and the breakfast comes highly recommended.

Number 31 is famed for its unique hospitality, excellent service and probably the best breakfast in Ireland.

What makes Number 31 a truly unique experience is its situation between a Classical Georgian townhouse and a stunning modernist mews by noted architect Sam Stephenson.

Each of the 21 ensuite bedrooms reflect this, through an exciting use of light, colour and texture. Every room is fitted with luxurious Hastens beds, pillows and duvets finished off with stunning linens from Matteo.
